Cookie Notice
Last updated June 10, 2026
This Cookie Notice explains how ReePhly(“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and how our iOS app uses mobile advertising identifiers. Read it together with our Privacy Policy. Questions? Email privacy@reephly.ca or visit our Contact page.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information. First-party cookies are set by us; third-party cookies are set by other parties (such as analytics providers) to provide features or functionality on our site.
Why we use cookies
Some cookies are required for technical reasons for our website to operate—we call these strictly necessary cookies. Others let us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it (analytics). We do not serve advertising on our website; mobile advertising is handled inside the ReePhly iOS app, described below.
Types of technologies we use
- Strictly necessary (first party): required to operate and secure the website, load pages, and remember basic preferences. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
- Analytics / performance: help us understand how visitors interact with the site so we can measure and improve performance. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Mobile advertising and the ReePhly app
Our iOS app does not use browser cookies. To show optional rewarded ads, we use Google AdMob, which may access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) to help serve and measure ads.
App Tracking Transparency (ATT).The first time it is relevant, the app presents Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt asking for your permission before your IDFA can be used to track you across apps and websites. You can allow or decline. If you decline, the app still works and you can still earn tokens by watching ads—you will simply see less relevant (non-personalized) ads. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
How to control cookies
Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can usually set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this could affect certain features of the website. To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating advertisers at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu. On iOS, control app tracking as described above.
Updates to this notice
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect changes to the technologies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The date at the top indicates when it was last updated.
