How do I enable the keyboard?
Open Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard and choose ReePhly. Then tap ReePhly in the list and enable Allow Full Access so the AI rewrite and reply features can work.
Why do I need “Allow Full Access”?
Full Access lets the keyboard securely send the text you choose to rewrite to our server for AI processing. The keyboard does not transmit anything as you type normally—only when you tap a rewrite or reply action. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What are tokens and winding?
The free tier uses tokens for AI actions. You can refill tokens by winding—a quick interaction that plays a rewarded ad—up to a daily limit. ReePhly Pro removes ads and token limits.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel them in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple.
How do I delete my data or account?
You can delete saved contacts and clear remembered messages directly in the App. To delete your entire account, email support@reephly.com and we will remove your data.
