Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ReePhlyiOS app and keyboard extension (the “App”) provided by ReePhly Inc.. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

The service

ReePhlyis an AI-assisted keyboard that helps you rewrite messages and generate replies. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or inappropriate for a given context—you are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it.

Accounts

We create an account for you (anonymous, or via Sign in with Apple) so we can store your settings and balance. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account on your device.

Free tier, tokens & ads

The free tier provides a limited token balance. You can earn additional tokens by “winding”, which requires watching a rewarded ad, subject to a daily limit. Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money.

Subscriptions

• ReePhly Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through your Apple ID.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Generate content that is harassing, hateful, or otherwise abusive.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent the limits or security of the service.

Intellectual property

The App, its name, and its original content are owned by ReePhly Inc.. You retain ownership of the text you write; you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReePhly Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any reliance on AI-generated output.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion via support@reephly.com.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
